  1. get a wifi laptop or palm top and go to a wifi zone...


  2. Yes there is. BSNL provides free Internet access, you just pay for the time you are connected via the phone line, i.e. the phone bill. I think its 10 Paisa per minute.You don't need to setup an account or contact anyone. Just put your phone number (without the area code) as the username and anything as your passwsord such as 1234, abcd etc.


  3. sorry my friend, no one will provide free internet. Why cant u pay for something useful like internet?
