I know there are some somewhere, but I don't know where exactly, if you around the downtown area, you're bound to find one

Yes, there are... I'm not in Monterrey right now, so, I can't go to the store and get the address... perhaps the easiest thing to do would be to go down to the Obelisco... walk down and you will see some little stores that are run by Indians... they would be able to tell you how to get to one.
