  2. Turkey is considered to be such a country due to the fact that it haves a long history of being democratic and it's mainly Islamic. There are also voices that say the same think about Malaysia.

  5. How could an "Islamic country" be secular?  If it's a secular country, it's not Islamic.  It would just be a secular country in which a lot of Muslims happen to live.
