seriously is there any good Neko anime out there? i mean neko as in people, preferably girls. PLZ help!

There is DiGi Charat, Panyo Panyo, or just a bunch of different versions of it that comes in English dubs or subs, Korean and Mandarin and Cantonese dubs and subs, Thai subs and dubs and Japanese subs and dubs. It is completely neko and every character in it is neko wether girl or boy and it is extremely popular. It is chibi mini. It is neko mini. It contains no romance. It is based upon comedy and a parody of save the world.

    Tokyo Mew Mew is popular and like Sailor Moon. It features extremely cute girls but it was more towards the smaller age group but men were more attracted to the.... er.... er.... short dresses and rather revealing clothes and costumes.
