There are no OTC beta blockers or meds with beta blocker-like effects. I can speak to that with some certainty. As for natural meds, I don't know, there's a lot of strange ones out there. I can guarantee that most of them would lack to potency for dealing with the main beta blocker indication - high blood pressure.

A beta blocker inhibits the electrical impulses in the heart, thereby reducing the force of its pumping action. This is one way that doctors try to treat high blood pressure. Obviously it does not treat the cause of the blood pressure and has unwanted side effects.
