Is there any Restuarant in California that you can eat and look at views from high above a tower?......It can be in Francisco, Santa Clara, San Jose....

I live in Santa Clara sooo the closer the better

I don't think that there are any in San Jose, sorry  :(    There used to be a rotating restaurant in SF, but I think that closed (the Equinox), you might want to check.  There is one in SF, though, with AMAZING views called the Carnelian Room.

There is one restaurant in an online forward that is actually hanging in the sky! I don't know exactly where it is, but I am sure you can google and find it.
