Is there any advice?

For 14 year olds about anything hygene, what not to do, etc.

First of all, you can't say boys will be boys. That's just not fair. 1. Though they may be rowdy, they need to keep it on a low level.

2. Keep themselves clean

     a. Deoderant

     b. Shower/bathe regularly

     c. Wear cologne at a certain age

     d. Keep their hair neat [and at a reasonable length]

3. Learn to respect girls no matter how young they are

4. Learn manners

5. Stay active and play sports

6. Keep up in school

7. Don't play too many video games [it will turn their brain into mush]

Hmmm, question is a bit confusing ....

Boys  should always wear deodorant and lotion

Boys should shave when necessary

Boys should wash and condition hair

Boys should always respect women and their views

Boys should wear cologne, it smells nice

Take a shower, brush your teeth, I dont think you need deorderant at 14 do you? I didn't sweat at all at that age. But if you do then use it. Cologne for a 14 year old? Hmm no.. You dont need that. Thats basically all you have to do, take a shower and brush your teeth, the respecting the girls thing, thats not necissary...

cologne?  i dont think it's necessary when you're going to school.. for a special occasion, ok.

be prepared to enjoy your visit there, and to stay for some considerable time, as you filter through the books you want to borrow on what you need to know.
