  1. The only effect it seems to be  having on the players is that the players sometimes seem to forget that theyre playing one day cricket or test cricket and give their wicket away by trying to hit it big.

otherwise t20 is just a threat to test cricket

  2. Cricket is just Cricket, the more teams that can play each other in the shortest amount of time the better i'd say that way we really do know who the greatest teams are

  3. While T20 version of cricket has become more popular because of time duration and entertainment, it has so far not

caused any lack of interest in test and ODI. However, there are

chances that number of T20 matches will be increased and number of ODI  matches will be reduced in future

  4. There is no effect on test and one day matches with Twenty20. Because these two are the real cricket. Test cricket is 131 years old. one day cricket is  also very old. But twenty20 has come recently. So you think which type of cricket is real ?

  5. I don't think so.

I don't think that the t20 cricket is responsible for the drop in crowd in grounds during test matches. That was just natural.People don't have time now a days to see 5 day long slow matches.

Teams play negative cricket, apart from Australia all the other teams play for a draw first and then for a win which bores the crowd. If even t20 was not invented this would have surely happened.

  6. dey just make a hype. wat has happened.the number of test matches and odis are same. just da no. of 2020s have increased, which makes a hectic schedule. oderwise it is just a f*** hype.

  7. I don't think test matches and one day matches ahve been effected by T20... But at the momment T20 seems to be the talk of the town. But once everyone gets use to it..everything will be normal again.

To the person above me. In regards to 'real' cricket, i think that you are right test and ODI is real cricket ONLY because i still ahve not heard anyone justify what T20 has done to cricket..except made the game more exciting, and popular. (which really all link to the bussiness of money).

I'm still waiting for someone to explain teh skills it takes to play T20 cricket. I know there are skills needed to play T20 cricket but when asked why you like T20 cricket you never get an answer relating to the skills of cricket.
