16 is the absolute lowest age to legally obtain a pilot license in the US. No clue about other countries.

I don't think so, but you will need to pass a flight physical. See an aviation doctor and see if you can pass the class 3 medical.

Yes in the US there are rules....

14  for glider/ballon



now on this part i might have them mixed up so bear with me....

16 to get your priv ( or to solo i cant remember )

17 to solo(or to get your priv)

MUST be 18 for commercial and 21 for transit  if you would like to know the costs ( these are about average )

There's a minimum, no maximum for Private flying, only Part 121 has the Age 65 Rule (ICAO).
