  1. 16 is the absolute lowest age to legally obtain a pilot license in the US. No clue about other countries.

    If flying passengers or commercial for hire, 65 is the mandatory retirement age, used to be 60, was recently changed. Checkout the links to worldwide airline companies, requirements will be listed @ www.airportbusiness.com


  2. I don't think so, but you will need to pass a flight physical. See an aviation doctor and see if you can pass the class 3 medical.

    14  for glider/ballon



    now on this part i might have them mixed up so bear with me....

    16 to get your priv ( or to solo i cant remember )

    17 to solo(or to get your priv)

    MUST be 18 for commercial and 21 for transit  if you would like to know the costs ( these are about average )

  5. There's a minimum, no maximum for Private flying, only Part 121 has the Age 65 Rule (ICAO).
