  1. Almost any alarm can be outfitted with a microwave sensor to detect the presence of moving objects within a certain distance. They are primarily used in convertibles but can be used anywhere. These can be incorporated into a 2 stage system providing a warning chirp/honk when people are too close to your vehicle. In most cases you wouldn't want a full trigger off of a microwave sensor if it was set to detect people outside the car. Having your alarm go off because someone parked next to you and got out of their car, or because a cat walked across it can be an annoyance. False alarms tend to cause people to ignore there own alarm.

But if you set it to go off when someone stick their arm in an open window is a different story.

And of course there are a variety of paging alarms systems these days. Some work up to 5 miles away to let you know when your vehicle has been tampered with. Any stereo shop should be able to fulfill this request. I would expect the price to start around $350+.
