  3. Plenty of people claim that they were Dravidian, but there isn't really any evidence. Their way of life was different to the people we know as Dravidian, the writing seems similar to a couple of scripts of varying origin. None of the place names in the former Harappan areas have Dravidian names, and that's the real give away, because river  names and place names persist even after new people colonise a land. All the statues are ethnically indistinct.

You'll find a few Afro-centrists insisting they were Dravidian though.

It's a lot more likely they were Indo-European though. Some of their seals depict people in yoga positions, and there are swastikas on some of their pottery. They could well be the creators of the Hindu Rig Vedas.

  4. In the ancient time Indus valley was overrun by Babylonian civilization and the people in the Indus Valley moved down to the south India and settled. Babylonians settled down in North India. You can see the color deference between them even now.

  5. google scholar would be your best bet.
