Is there any assistance available to help deport a illegal immigrant

My mates ex husband is an illegal immigrant they have tried on 2 occasoins to send him back and he just runs off and hides, they did not re-new his stay after 2 years as wanted to send him back a while back, and he kept running away. Twice the return ticket has been bought by herself and he agrees to go then ran off again. Is there any where assistance is availble to deport him instead once he is found?

Next time they find her they should just put her into jail until her trip back to her own country can be finalized.  And then, deport the illegal.

BIA already has his data & there is an out standing Removal order pending already, per ur statement, there is nothing more u can do. Authorities will deport him, once they will catch him.
