  1. Salonpas usually works for me

  2. Ok, here is my 2 cents worth. I use a mixture of Wintergreen oil and rubbing alcohol.

1 bottle of wintergreen oil (I think it is about 5 oz) and a whole bottle of rubbing alcohol. Mix them together well in a larger bottle and apply by pouring sparingly to affected area. # coats should do it. Wait a minute or two between coats.

After a few minutes it will start to burn. Don't cover it up, just let it go. The more there is wrong with your muscles the more it burns. No, it doesn't burn your hands at all.

This works REALLY well, and it isn't sticky. Once it dries all the way and the burning stops it looses its smell too.

  3. Yeah its called ICY HOT

  4. The absolute best balm for back pain is called Biofreeze. It is available in every physical therapist's and chiropractor's office I know of. But if it's total relief you're after, then going to a chiropractor would be best.

  5.
