I've heard of this before although there is a legal business my suspicion is you may have recieved an email or something. If this is the case it is a scam and ignore it. There have been many scams using Nationwide bank as the cover. The banks are aware of these. Check out from trading standards if this is a legit business

The phone numbers can be diverted to another phone anywhere in the world.

Why would the Capital Bank of London have its' Head Office in Bradford some 200 miles away ?
