Is there any blueprints for a step van concession? Wiring countertops etc

I am wanting to convert a step van truck into a mobile kitchen type concession for festivals and such. I will be doing some frying as well as grilling. I would like to see some blue prints or whatnot's on some wiring and some counter tops etc. Blue prints on mainly making it into a kitchen inside a step van truck. Thanks

You can probably locate a used one cheaper and faster than doing a conversion yourself.  The amount of work and the permits needed, along with the health department and the inpections make it enough of a concern that DIY is not economically feasible.  Try to locate ones on the used market from many of the mobile services that go to construction sites on  a daily basis. These do get replaced every year and with the construction slow downs this year there should be some reasonable prices for used units.  You might try to get a job with one of the food service business that service the construction sites.  Good Luck.
