No.  Dell is entirely proprietary (they make their own stuff).  If there is a Walgreens or Office Depot nearby, you can call as ask if they do ink cartridge refills.   That is usually much cheaper than buying a new cartridge and normally works almost as well.  Office Depot also sells the cartridges, cheaper than you can buy them from Dell, usually.

No Dell is heavily proprietary.  Your printer can only take dell cartridges which you do need to buy directly from dell.

If you cartridges are in good condition, ie have no been empty long and were printing well before then you may want to explore the wonderful world of refilling.
