Is there any bug spray that will keep me from getting chiggers?

OFF makes a Deep Woods formula that you spray on, like a regular mosquito spray, to keep away chiggers, ticks, etc.

There are natural sprays that kill them on contact like EcoBugFree from kleen-free. com.

Since it is safe to use around people and pets as it is chemical free then it woudl be safe to spray on yourself and on the vegetation.  I also had some one tell me that Kleen-Free itself was working on reliving the itching from the chigger bite as well as killing the actual chigger.

Apparently a bad year for chiggers so likely a good year for places that provide sprays etc that deal with them.

Good luck and keep  your pants tightly tucked inside your socks etc....
