Is there any bus service from Puebla(Mexico) to Guanajuato?

Yes...you would need to take a bus from Puebla to Mexico City , then switch to a bus to Guanajuato.  I could not find a listing for a bus directly between Puebla and Guanajuato.

I think the best way to get to Guanajuato by bus is with Estrella Blanca. Go to the bus station in Puebla and ask at the Estrella Blanca desk. The ticket should not be more than $400 pesos and try not to stop in Mexico City. Often, then send you through Cuernavaca instead of Mexico City. Trust me the bus station in Mexico City is a nightmare. Anyway, if Estrella Blanca doesn't have tickets for your dates, here's a list of the buses that get to Guanajuato's bus station:

They say Primera Plus is really nice but a bit more expensive. Anyway, just go to the bus station in Puebla and if you see any of this lines, they will sure get you to Guanajuato safe and sound. Hope this helps :)
