  1. No not all our dreams are astral travel, there is a HUGE difference between the two....

  2. I don't think so, since astral travel is the "astral body" traveling to real places and getting into real situations.

Often times in dreams a person finds themselves in silly, rediculous and even in impossible situations.

Have you ever had a dream about a fictitious tv or movie character like freddy kruger or the teletubies? Of course these characters are not real, so how could you encounter them in astral travel? Your mind can, however, recreate the images that you saw earlier that day and create a story line which plays out during REM sleep.

I have read recently that REM sleep is a process the brain goes through of creating new neural pathways in the brain. Dreaming is possibly a side effect of this process.

  3. umm , no.

  4. If you keep asking questions like that you may have to convert to Buddhism!!  LOL   Good question, I don't think so for most dreams.  But some of those really lucid dreams where you wake up wondering "Did that really just happen?",  maybe so.

  5. sometimes even when you go astral it looks like a dream but personally i can make diff when astral spontaneously (without your physical body knowing it) but you have a good point everybody is astral traveling but have no clue about it the biggest trill is when you know that there's more to us and you're aware of it i wish everybody could experience it

  6. Only if youre a hippie
