Is there any charity org. that would come to my house to pick up some furniture I want to give away?

I live in Doylestown PA 18901 and I want to get rid of some furniture. I cant take it to a place, will they come here to pick it up?

Contact the Salvation Army if they have a truck in your area they will pick it up.

Salvation Army, Goodwill and Purple Heart will sometimes have furniture pick-up.  Call your local stores to set up a time for the pick-up.

look in your phone book for a disabled veterans thrift shop...they have them in many states...if you call them they will come pick up anything you have...

here is a website with all the thrift stores in your area..you can call them and ask them if they want to pick your things up

dont forget to get a receipt for tax purposes
