  1. Crab ragoon seems to have it.  I hate cheese.  Ragoon was included in a combo but I turned it down.

  3. there are only a few types of cheese in chinese culture - go to answers.com and search up list of cheeses, find the ones under china.

  4. Some modern Hong Kong restaurants do have Chinese style cheese dishes and that's about it. You'll never find cheese in any other Chinese restaurants in China or in Chinatowns overseas. Crab rangoon? That's American.

    MOST CHINESE ARE NOT LACTOSE INTOLERANT - people who think this are ignorant.

  5. Probably not; most Chinese are lactose intolerant, and they have no tradition of using dairy products.

  6. nope! i m a chinese living in HK. we never cook thing w/ cheese. cheese is actually some import thing fr the western countries. anyway, some seafood restaurant did put cheese on top to baked w/ lobsters. it's a famous dish in those seafood rest. but it's not a traditional chinese cooking dish.
