i was told dakar senegal has a refugee camp and there is church in there. i was told by miss linda godwill williams

Yes, there are places of worship in the refugee camps, but you are not doubt referring to an e-mail you received asking for your money to support some end to human suffering, or to help here reclaim millions/billions of dollars in frozen assets, etc.  It is a scam and you should simply delete the message.  If you respond, you will be targeted for more of such Internet fraud schemes.
