community colleges.  they make you take an assessment to see what classes you're qualified for but that's it

What that means is that it isn't just the community, technical, and smaller regional colleges that don't require SATs or ACT scores anymore.

Most technical colleges. They will make you take an accuplacer test which is their own version of something like an SAT and ACT. However even at tech school's, some programs at them will require that you take and ACT. So you would have to check that out.
