Is there any color other than white that would look good with the following bedspread?

Thats the comforter. I have an average sized room. I want my room to be kind of retro. I'm 14 so I'm picky. I really want another color other than white on my wall but Idk if a color would work....

Any other decorating ideas will be good too.

I think I would paint one wall red as a focal point and the other walls grey. I would then try to find or make some decals or stencils that match the pattern on the bedspread and put them on the walls.

Why not paint your walls gray?  That would look great -  you could even do walls in white with one accent wall in gray if you feel it is too much/too dark for the size of your room.

I would paint the wall your bed will be on red and paint the other 3 a light gray.

I love the spread

I would copy the design in the spread onto paper as best you can. Then I would leave the walls white, but I would make a rubber stamp in the design of the "O's" on the spread. I would randomly place Red, Black and the same Shade of Grey on the walls. Spaced out and not too many or just at the ceiling for interest. That way most of the walls are the white you like, and it brings in the interest and color from the spread.

Or you can do Red Curtains, a black rod, and touch on the grey with Shelves on each side of your bed. Accessories should be in the colors of the spread to really POP....

assuming there are four walls in your room, you could do each wall one of the colors from the bedspread... that would be retro, and pretty cool if you ask me. i love when rooms have all different colored walls.
