Is there any consultant for Pilot Training ?

Question

My brother wants to do Pilot traing. He is doing 11 grade in Tamil Nadu,India.

We need some advice on how to select a school

Any help?

Ask prospective flight schools to provide information on what percentage of their students complete the course and go on to get fully licensed.  Schools who will not do this or who have low numbers are probably more interested in getting your money than in providing good training.
