If you are asking about cool places the answer is NO, a big NO. Now is you are asking about places to visit, there are many. Hard Rock Cafe or Señor Frog but if you are looking to go to TJ to save money, you better off taking a flight to Extapa, Morelia or maybe even Puerto Vallarte. But no Tijuana. Seriously, if you look have way decent physically, don't go there, it is a dump.
