Chances are it's the same company. It's obviously a small local outfit, not a national one.  Can you tell us why you're concerned/what caused you to ask the question?

If you received a mail telling you that you won a lottery and the cheque has been placed with this company to send it to you, then it is a scam.  Don't send any money, just delete the mail and forget it.
