I want to know more about MIND READING. Is there any successful man who had achieved it?

you can get into peoples heads thru hypnotizing them i guess... and there are interrogation strategys and other stuff.

There is a book called Mind Reading by Simon Baron Cohen which is particularly for children with autism, to teach them how t mind read. Is this what you meant?

Start listening to others by observing their facial movements. Speak very little as possible. Analyse their thoughts and you will be able to read their minds. Try it from today. Good luck.
