you should shave them again,using a good razor and shaving cream,then use nivea body smooth sensations lotion.I use the gilette venus razor,it works great.I believe that is all u can do to get rid of stuble.

Try nair, or veet.

You can shave in the opposite direction of hair growth. That gives you the closest shave. But it can also cause ingrown hairs if you don't moisturize properly after wards :\

It sounds like you need to exfoliate and moisturize. Exfoliate before you shave next time. Also regularly put lotion on your legs.
