   Otherwise the best access to culture is you skull, brain, ears, eyes etc ...

There are museums, TV programs, orchestra, festivals, films, concerts and loads of historical places to see.  France is jam packed full of history.  

Again, this is a vague question.  It is almost like you are standing in Walmart wanting to know if anything is for sale.

Can you be more specific? France has plenty of museums, historic places, medieval villages, operas, concert halls, public libraries, etc.
