Is there any danger in selling a stolent Palm Z22 handheld on ebay?

i erased everythign that was inside. I bought it from a street seller, and i didnt realise till after that this is probably stolen. If i sell it on ebay, is their any danger to the buyer?

If you suspect that it is stolen, you should visit the local police department and inquire if any Z22's were reported stolen. Possessing, whether known or not, a stolen item is a misdemeanor in every state. If you were sold this Palm for an amount well under its traditional retail value, it is clear that the street vendor you purchased it from "lifted" it from someone else unethically.
