Is there any debit card available without parent's permission?

I applied for a rushcard, because the site said anyone 16 and older did not need permission from their parents. Then I discovered they were lying.

Whose money do you think you're gonna be spending with that card?

Debit cards aren't credit cards- they require a bank account with money in it.  Money- even in card form- doesnt' appear out of thin air.

Get a job sweetie.  Use cash.  You have your entire adult life to rack up credit card debt, why start now?

Get a job and open a checking account, and the bank will give you a debit card.
