Aishwiri is also nearly as good.

Fow what purpose? Small stamps or franking? Few that comes to my mind is as under.

1) Someone who sits under the tree in district collectorate office.

2) Official windo which sells stamps of various denominations in district collectorate office. (Most times stamps are not available)

3) Bulk sale department at district collectorate office.

4) Someone near ZP office.

5) Someone opposite exit gate of PMC.

If franking is your need, you can try opp. Sancheti Hospital, above kalaniketan sari shop.
