Is there any difference between Computer Engineering and Computer Science and Engineering ?

If Yes, what is it ?

There wouldn't be any "real world" difference.  I would look to hire someone from either category.  2 different universities might teach the same classes and put them in the 2 different categories that you mention.

In theory, the scientist might be more likely to work in Intel's liquid chip department than a pure engineer.  In actual fact, the discoveries come across all disciplines.
