  1. I'm no expert, but I would imagine that a pork on hasn't been through the curing process that a ham one would have.  We call them 'hocks' round 'ere.


  2. what's a "hough"? .... do you mean HOG .. or HOCK .. or something else?

  3. A ham HOCK is cured the other is just ordinary pork
