Is there any difference between normal scissors vs. the ones the hairdresser uses?

yeah, if you cut your hair with normal scissors there's a chance they could be too dull and give you split ends. you can buy hair cutting scissors at places like sephora and probably just at the drugstore, too.

they are a whole lot sharper than normal scissors so the cut the hair straight and dont just push the hair and cut it unevenly and they cut in one snip so you dont have to try to cut one section of hair several times.

if you are going to cut hair you need to use these scissors so you dont damage your hair or cut it unevenly.
