Is there any difference between "Educated" and "Literate" person?

Is education enough to make one literate? How can you judge that an educated person is not literate...

  2. actually the literate person are those who can read or write but not having any type of experience in other word you can say that type of person are not able to do work in life in which he got the highest marks but an educated person are that one who have a lot of experience in other word you can say he can do his best in the same field i just want to tell an example:


    Ther are two type of eng. One who passed the IIT exam with first division or one who have only an experience or the person can do the work as fast or as cheeper as the IITES one
