You won't find free ballet classes, except as short-term special promotions - ballet teachers need to eat too!

You will find free ballet tuition on YouTube.  Read the comments to make sure you are getting good tuition.  The dancers who watch these videos are merciless if they see poor footwork etc!  eg: these http://www.youtube.com/results?search_qu...
