  1. you shouldnt be taking any kind of drugs/vitamines to stay awake and fresh. they can damage your body or even brain. If you have problems staying awake during the day you should go to a doctor. There's nothing that a good night of sleep can't cure. If you have sleeping disorders you should really see a doctor.


  2. I am not a fan of drugs at all. A lot of the herbal medications that people get have more alcohol in them then hard liquor does so I also don't like them.

    As for vitamins, it is always best to take a good quality multi-v. They are formulated so the body will absorb them the best and not waste any. When you start taking vitamin this and vitamin that on their own, the body can easily get too much that will either harm the body (yes vitamins do that) or they are wasted which literally means throwing money down the toilet.

    As for food, of course a well-balanced diet. But eating a banana in the morning does help the mind clear and remember better. Making sure that you are drinking enough water will also help you. Plain water will help ward off headaches, dehydration, keep you bowels regular, help your mind as well. Pop, soda, whatever you call it, does not help the body at all. It contains corn syrup and sugar which will just slow you down.

    Exercise also if helpful. Not going out and doing a heavy workout, but a brisk walk for 30 minutes outside will open up your lungs, clear the mind, keep the heart in check, make sure that the blood is flowing, you know this.

    Relaxation and sleep are also helpful. Relaxation during the day will freshen you up. Even taking a two minute mental vacation during the day helps. A good nights sleep is always good, remember that everyone needs different amounts of sleep. Some where between 4-10 hours is normal. I know that is a big range, but everyone is different.

    You know all of this -  diet, exercise, sleep, nothing in the excess, staying away from drugs (remember that alcohol and caffiene are drugs) and you will not only be healthy but you will feel better.
