Yes, they used to have them in Okinawa, but that was about 10 years ago. Not sure if they still do now or not.

Military bases have them, also.

If not Dunkin Donuts, they have Mister Donut which is AMAZING! It s soooooooooooo good, you may find your addiction shifting! There are so many different varieties,from the run of the mill, jam filled to the plain weird tofu filled!! Try them all! Have fun.
