Is there any facility available to find that there is water in particular place for tubewell purpose?

we have done many tube wells but none of them succesful.

Yes. There is a test called RESISTIVITY-SURVEY by which it is possible to find whether there is water in particular place or not (for tube well purpose).This test is based on simple theory that " water is a good conductor of electricity. The resistance below earth is measured by means of certain equipments. And where the value of the resistance is least it indicates the presence of water at that point.
