Is there any fast twitch or slow twich workouts i can do besides running?

May someone please give me a couple of workouts i can do at home while watching tv ect, that is not running. (dont forget, these workouts are for my fast twich and slow twich muscle fibers).

  1. If you want to workout why do you have to be doing it front of the tv. This is not the proper way to be training your muscles. However if you truly feel the need to be working out while watching tv you can do sit ups, pushups, dips(put your hands on the seat of the couch and put your legs out and bend them at a 90 degree angle then drop your butt down and push your self up) , leg raises (lay on your back and pick your legs up 6 inches of the ground and hold for 30 secs), There are many other "workouts" that you can do but if you truly want to get in shape you need to get out from in front of the tv.
