Is there any filipino trainee in sm entertainment?

like japanese, chinese, malaysian, taiwanese, etc.

who knows. SM rarely ever reveal their trainees unless they are about to debut. however SM did offer a contract to Charice Pempengco but i think she turned it down. SM has Chinese(hangeng,jang ri in, zhoumi), Japanese(Ayumi), and Korean trainees.

I don't know there might be, but I do know that any asian is allowed to audition. So you can be japanese, chinese, malaysian, taiwanese, etc., but being asian is a must though- or so I read. I wish I was :(, that way I could meet all my favorite k-pop bands :)

Filipinos?i don't think they have one. i know they are searching here in Asia but they don't have any auditions open here in Philippines. unless of course if you would go to Korea and then audition there(if you know their language though). And for Chinese, yes they have. they are actually artist now; Hangeng[SJ-M], Henry Lau[SJ-M], and Zhoumi[SJ-M].

and for other ethnicity i don't know already. Maybe they don't really have one. Except if it's half-Korean though.

No, there isn't.

Only Chinese ones. (Hangeng, Henry, and Zhoumi in Super Junior-M as listed above.)

In JYP Ent. they have a Taiwanese person named Nickhun. He's supposed to be in a new boy band soon.

for chinese - hangeng from super junior m

chinese - hengry from super junior m

chinese - zhoumi from super junior m

taiwanese i don't know

same with japanese

i know japanese and filipino are a little rare
