Is there any fish that fits my description...?

Question

In order of importance:

1. Small <2inches

2. Freshwater

3. Doesn't need a heat mat

4. Doesn't eat its own young!

5. Sociable with other fish

It doesn't have to conform to all 5, but which fish is closest?

if you have a warm steady room temp then, platties, swordtails etc

most fish will eat their babies!!!!!!!

most fish need heater.

try danio, or white cloud minnows

they are sociable, don&#039;t NECESSARILY need heater,and wont eat their youngs in a heavy planted tank.

Probably a minnow of some sort.  White Cloud Mountain Minnow for example.
