Is there any food I can eat to prevent from farting?

I really don't want to f**t much today and I am a very naturally..uh...farty person! haha. euyl! So anyway, what can I do to prevent farting?

  1. To get rid of gas you should Eat a lot of water-based food, that's food with alot of water in them. You might not se any results imme"diet"ly

    but within a week or two you will.

  2. Don't eat beans or brocolli.....  try Beano.

  3. I've heard that eggplant can stop gas. If that doesn't work then try Beano. Avoid food with a lot of starch.

  4. Im not sure just avoid high carb foods..and beans which is obvious lol. If you f**t a lot it can be understandably embarrassing so go see your doc if it gets worse.

  7. well not quite the foods but the technique

    eat slow, enjoy the taste of your food and don't "wolf" it down.

    don't drink and eat at the same meal settings.

    unsolicited information, to reduce foul odor::

    reduce or eliminate meat from the diet

    eat vegetables and fruits at peak of ripeness, not when overripe or on verge of rotting.

  8. Why not try some over-the-counter anti-gas medicine?
