Is there any foundation or association that helps or back up/stands up for pregnant women ?

its like this...

my wife is pregnant and she has a weaker body then usual. she will have giddy spells more often where some women will tend to have the urge to vomit.

but due to this, she is unable to attend work and had taken mc which i believed that had exceeded the number of days allowable which is 14 per annual. although her boss takes it as a prorated thing as she is with the company for less than a year. the boss deducted her salary.

can anyone help us? anyone that can represent us and we can seek help to? we need to save money for ourself, and now, our future baby, but now that there is a paycut in her salary, there is even more stress in everything...

hope that there is any kind soul that can advise me... thank you in advance....

Take a good look at her contract of employment or have a legal type look at it for you. I would be surprised if they can do that, especially if she has a doctor's note.
