Is there any four year colleges located on coastal cities in texas, georgia, south or north carolina?

Im looking to transfer to a 4 year college offering any kind of degree in art...and i really want the college to be on a coastal city where i can go to the beach often. big or little doesnt matter thanks for the help

Three good schools in the Carolinas are Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina, College of Charleston in Charleston, SC and UNC-Wilmington in Wilmington, NC.
