No, there's not; the least expensive Christian school that I know in of in Tulsa is Victory (by ORU), which ranges from $4-5,000 per year. Metro ranges from $4-7,000, and Summit is $4-5,000 (Broken Arrow). ETS is in the same range.

All of these schools are private, so they receive no government funding; therefore, they run solely off of donations and tuition.

There is a huge homeschooling community in Tulsa though, and many large Christian homeschool support groups that offer co ops. CHEER and BA CHEF are the largest, at least as far as I'm aware of. Homeschooling can be done for next to nothing here, and you can pick your own curriculum
