sorry Microsoft Office, which includes MSWord is non-free software...

trying using OpenOffice instead, it has the same features as MSOffice, it has a word processor similar to Word, a spreadsheet similar to Excel, a presentation program similar to PowerPoint, and a database program similar to Access, the best part is, it is freeware, as a matter of fact, the government of India uses OpenOffice instead of MSOffice...

But if your just looking for a word processor, I'd recommend AbiWord...

This may not be the answer you are after but try OpenOffice (google it) it is very similar to microsoft word, can save things as word documents, open word documents etc etc and is FREE!

I have been using it for a few months now (because i was too poor to buy word) and it is brilliant!
