Is there any free programs on the net that allow you to watch T.V. channels and stuff ?

I know there is all those ones that ask for a cheap subscription, I am interested in peoples views if they have bought any of those but was wondering if there was any for free out there.

Most networks provide video links to some full episodes of their shows. Not all shows are posted but all major (broadcast and cable) networks do have a site w/ some media. Certainly there are plenty of subscription services. I myself haven't tried any of these. There are also places like sidereel and squidoo which are full episodes (with a media player) posted from outside the U.S. (mainly China and Korea, I think). Still others sites like sharetv that use bittorrent for downloading media.
